RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for choosing EV SUPREME as your preferred dealer of your electric vehicle! We ensure that all products and services are thoroughly inspected for quality before being released to our clients. We accept returns if any defect has been found on the product as long as it is reported within seven (7) days upon receipt (customer) of the item purchased. We will offer a replacement or may issue a full refund for the product. After this given period, we can no longer accept returns.
Full Return and Refund
- This request is subject to management approval.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

- The item should be in its original packaging and must be untampered.
- For processing your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale, promo items, or purchases using special vouchers cannot be refunded

Order Cancellations:
- Order cancellations are permitted, except for pre-ordered items where a downpaymentor reservation fee has been issued. For regular stock items, you can cancel your order before it is being prepared for delivery.

Late Or Missing Refunds:
- Please check your bank statement if you are still waiting for a refund. Contact your bank or credit card company, as a delay may occur before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping:
- Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. Please ship it to the following address: 745 N.S. Amoranto Sr. St., Sienna, Quezon City, Philippines.
- Customer shoulders the cost for shipping back the item or it can be deducted from your refund.
- The cost for shipping back a replacement item will be care of EV Supreme.
- The time it takes for your replacement item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
